The theme for Brain Injury Awareness Month in June 2018 is "Unmasking Brain Injury". BIANBA is pleased to be participating in this powerful initiative with the Ontario Brain Injury Association and other participating community associations and partners across the Province of Ontario!
On June 1, 2018, BIANBA and other community brain injury associations will be displaying the masks that have been created by brain injury survivors. Brain injuries are hidden disabilities, and these masks will provide survivors with a way of communicating to others what it is like to live with a brain injury.
The masks that were created by survivors in our area will be on display on June 1, 2018 at the North Bay Mall (300 Lakeshore Drive), just outside of the No Frills Store. Our display will be up from 10:00am to 6:00pm, and BIANBA representatives will be on hand to answer questions. Click here

Join the movement! Together we can increase awareness and provide a voice for those living with acquired brain injuries.
